  • What materials do you use?
    Our products are made from 100% Olive Wood material. Olive Wood is a special, premium type of hardwood timber that is very strong and sought after for it's unique patterns, texture and durability. Our packaging is eco-friendly too - our mailer bags are 100% recycled and all other components are completely recyclable too.
  • What's so special about Olive Wood, vs plastic/silicone etc.?
    We're huge advocates of timber cooking utensils whenever possible, as they're more natural and friendly for the environment. In particular, compared to other materials, Olive Wood: Is much more eco-friendly Does not conduct heat or melt Won't scratch your surfaces Is much more durable - Olive Wood products are strong and is much less likely to break/warp than plastic or silicone products
  • How do I care for Olive Wood?
    Olive Wood is known to last for a very long time under proper care. To get the most of out of your new wooden friend, we recommend abiding by the following: - Clean after use with mild detergent - Hand wash only (avoid the dishwasher) - Avoid soaking in water for long periods of time, as this will cause swelling & eventually cracking (careful of the lazy flatmate) - Fully dry utensil before storing - Some stains or minor discolourations may occur, but can easily be removed by gently rubbing with fine-grained sandpaper - Oil the surface occasionally, olive oil works best
  • How much does shipping cost?
    We offer FREE shipping on all orders!
  • Where do you ship and how long will it take?
    We ship NZ wide! Unfortunately we only ship within New Zealand at this stage - international friends will have to wait. You can register your interest on our Contact page Once orders are dispatched, our estimated shipping times are as follows: North Island: 1-3 days South Island: 3-5 days Note orders may be delayed during times of high demand or due to shipping handler delays.
  • Do you offer returns/exchanges?
    We only offer returns or exchanges if items arrive faulty or damaged. In the small chance that you do receive sub-par goods from us, please advise us within 3 working days of receiving your order.
